Ms. Barnes is the CEO of Complete Contract Consulting LLC a government consulting firm based in South Florida and Augusta Georgia, dedicated to assist businesses large and small to acquire contracts with the government. Her firm has assisted in the acquisition of government contracts for several business owners.
 
Sharna boasts a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from an internationally recognized university as well as a Department of Transportation Construction Management Development Certification. She is certified in Project Management and Professional Human Resources.
