We are so excited to announce that we opened our third location in Palm Beach County!

SKR Home and Health Care Solutions, LLC places skilled nurses in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We are entering our 15th year in Philadelphia, PA, our second year in Southwest Florida, and our first in East Coast Florida. SKR prides itself on excellent care and service. SKR is different from many agencies as we cater to each client individually. We are available at all times to pivot, fine tune, and be flexible.

SKR is a boutique, not a big agency with many layers. When you call, you get the owner and her assistant. We all try to be available 24/7 and answer the phone early and late. Susan is a very hands-on owner that aims to meet each one of our patients/clients and knows each of our nurses personally as well.

While the importance of companionship and caregiving is a necessity, realizing the need for the same kind of service in the skilled nursing field, we decided to focus on skilled nursing care that provides a higher knowledge, less 911 calls, and more clinical care for our clients. Our nurses provide direction, advocacy, medicine management, wound care, IV Antibiotics and a higher level of care.

Nurses are also able to provide the following services... errands, meal preparation, food shopping, companionship, ambulation, personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, just to name a few. We have created a niche for ourselves, including taking those to and from mandatory and elective surgeries with a 24/7 nurse to be by their side as long as they may need.

SKR caters to all ages - infants through elder care. We provide short term and long term care. Our nurses are certified, bonded and insured and they are all handpicked by Susan. We interview each nurse thoroughly, all references are checked with all criminal and child abuse clearance, TB screenings, updated physical and current licenses. All SKR staff are loyal, professional, hardworking and honest people. I personally know and adore each one of them.
 

Since SKR is not a franchise, we have no territorial restrictions, so we service:

Pennsylvania: Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, and parts of Bucks County.

Florida Region 8: Collier, Lee, Sarasota, Charlotte, DeSoto, Glades, and Hendry.

Florida Region 9: Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Indian River, Martin, and Okeechobee.
